Our Opening and Dedication
Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory have opened Kokomo’s first pet scattering facility, Paws @ Rest Pet Scattering Garden. This ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on October 5th, 2011.
For pet owners wishing to scatter pet cremains, the setting provides for a tranquil place to visit, scatter ashes, and meditate. The funeral home operates a local crematory which includes a separate pet cremation service.
